Payment and shipping

We deliver our products, both in Ukraine and abroad. Payment can be made both in cash and bank transfer.

Cash – You pay on delivery upon receipt of order in the offices of Nova Poshta or UkrPoshta.

Bank transfer – transfer funds to a Bank card (prepaid).

The delivery and money transfer is paid by the buyer.

Order is delivered to the office of Nova Poshta in Your locality. You can pick it up at any time You prefer. List of offices of Nova Poshta can be find here.

Order is delivered to the branch of UkrPoshta in Your locality. You can pick it up at any time You prefer. Delivery cost will be added to Your order.

Abroad orders are carried out only after full payment. Ways of payment and delivery should be agreed with the Manager.

According to Ukrainian legislation cosmetic products are non-refundable.
